Caring for Others - Loving our Neighbor

Our Christian life is summed up in by God in one simple statement found in Luke 10:27. "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind,” and, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” As we love our neighbor we demonstrate our faith in God's love for us.

At Trinity, we strive through the power of the Holy Spirit to carry God's love to people.  A few examples are:

·         Blood Drives

·         Prayer Shawls for those needing prayer

·         Grief and Widow Support Groups

·         Caring Visitation to homebound and those in nursing homes

·         Hospital Visitation on a regular basis

·         Transportation  for those needing assistance

·         Active Involvement in Habitat for Humanity

·         Supporter of Greater Wausau Christian Services

·         All are invited to gather on the 4th Wednesday of each month for a free meal. Serving from 4:30-6pm in the School Cafeteria. Doors are open at 4:15.

·         Ministry to local jail inmates and ongoing mentoring
